Snowy Moon Cake Powder

Method:
1.
Sift the premix powder; blend in cooled boiled water with medium speed for 4.5 mins and 1 min with quick speed until the pastry is smooth and shiny
2. Add in shortening and blend evenly
3. Let it rest for one hour then shape in pieces (Will taste better if placed in a freezer for the resting period.)
4. After the moon cake is molded, store it in the freezer

Instant Custard Powder

Character: Good color; smooth taste; easy to use
Use: For cake and pie, blend with filling and can be used for decorating


Crystal Topping

Item: Strawberry, Orange, Diaphanous, Lemon, Grape, Cantaloupe, Chocolate, Blueberry
Use: Brush on cakes for decoration
